CatchPets AR is an iOS app that helps you photograph pets, identify species on device, generate collectible cards, and place them in AR. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

We do not require an account to use Guest mode. We do not sell personal data.
Species recognition, subject cutout, and motion analysis run on your iPhone using Apple frameworks (e.g. Vision / Core ML). Captured images are not uploaded to our servers for recognition in the current version of the App.
Photos, cutouts, and card images may be kept in the app’s private Documents folder so you can reopen your collection. Deleting a card in the app removes its media. Uninstalling the app removes local data.
CatchPets AR uses the camera for capture and for AR experiences (ARKit). Screen recording (ReplayKit), if you start it, stays on your device unless you choose to share the recording yourself.
CatchPets AR does not use Face ID, TrueDepth face maps, or biometric face templates for login or identification. If a photo you take happens to include a human face in the background, that imagery is treated like any other camera frame: processed on device for pet recognition / card creation and stored only locally as part of that capture. We do not build face identity profiles and do not sell face data.
When a third-party service is used, its own privacy policy also applies to data it processes.
If you use the system Share sheet, you choose what to share and with whom. We do not upload your collection to social networks automatically.
The App is not directed at children under 13.
